Death is part and parcel of life. Yet its mystery - the fear of the unknown...the dread that surrounds our own passing and that of a loved one, friend or colleague, is such that most people do not want to think about it. Consequently, when death does occur many people are utterly unprepared for the important decisions and arrangements that must be made.
The purpose of this booklet then, is to acquaint you with the legal requirements surrounding a death, to advise you of the decisions that need to be made at that time, and to familiarize you with the services we provide.
