Letters/Photographs/Flowers These can be placed into or on the coffin either by the family or Oakleigh staff. Coffin Spray Flowers Need not be standard but can take the form of a variety of shapes eg: a Cross, Boat, Anchor etc. Funeral Programs Could incorporate a poem or tribute about the deceased person or the cover could reflect the life of the deceased. Eulogy Can be very meaningful and personalised. Coffin Decorated with material, flowers, pall over coffin, or even painted (Plain Pine). Venue Some families would prefer to have the funeral at their home, farm or small holding this can easily be arranged with Oakleigh. Scattering of Ashes Oakleigh offer a wide option of placement of ashes from the conventional interment in a niche to scattering locally or places of specific interest e.g: Kruger National Park, at Sea, Drakensburg etc |
